Frequently Asked Questions
Can I purchase a single course instead of a subscription?
Yes. Individual courses are available for a one-time payment of €49 per course. This gives you permanent access to that course including all future updates. If you later decide to subscribe, the course fee is credited toward your first month.
Is there a free trial available?
Every course includes the first module completely free — no credit card required. This lets you evaluate the teaching style, lab quality, and content depth before committing. You can access free modules immediately after registering a free account.
How does the Team plan work for invoicing and procurement?
Team and Enterprise plans are billed annually via invoice. We support standard procurement processes including purchase orders, vendor registration, and remittance to our accounts in Sweden. Payment terms are net-30. Contact our sales team for a formal quote and contract.
What happens to my certificates if I cancel my subscription?
Your earned certificates remain valid and accessible forever — they are issued at the point of completion and are not tied to an active subscription. You can download and share them via a permanent verification URL even after cancellation. Only access to course content is revoked upon cancellation.
Can the Enterprise plan integrate with our existing LMS or HR system?
Yes. Enterprise customers receive full LMS integration support including SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI (Tin Can), and LTI 1.3. We have pre-built connectors for Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, and Moodle. Your dedicated account engineer will manage the technical integration at no additional cost.
