The Spark
Magnus and Astrid, frustrated by the gap between academic automation curricula and real industry needs, develop the first three PLC courses during the pandemic. Shared on LinkedIn, they reach 2,000 students in 3 months without a single ad.

2021
Platform Launch
NordDelta Academy launches with 8 courses, a dedicated LMS, and the first corporate partnership with Volstahl Industries. 800 paying students in the first month. Solar and Drone tracks added following student demand.

2022
European Expansion
University partnership programme launches with TU Delft and KTH. Siemens co-brands the PLC certification track. First EU-funded cohort via Erasmus+ completes the Industrial Automation pathway. 5,000 students milestone reached.
